No flexibility to Change without additional money the drop off station in the Same City

There is not much to say, but the good things first. The car we ended up with was clean and perfect for what we needed. The interactions with the service staff was very helpful and friendly. However, we had to wait more than 3 hours in line to even get keys, just to find no car waiting in the lot for us. The same happened to two other customers we were talking to. A customer representative resolved this issue quickly and gave us a different car, which unfortunately had low tire pressure (20 psi) and wasn't usable. The third car finally worked for us. Overall, we spent about 4 hours at the rental car place.

I had to extend the reservation, qeeq was unable to do this, For 2 days I was unable to reach anyone via phone at the Hertz station, so I had to DRIVE there in order to change the reservation. Very old fashioned, not good service….

I booked economy and got a free upgrade to comfort, Friendly stuff, very good

I searched through Kayak and found in it QEEQ with a good price include insurance. However, I do not know yet if the deposit will be refunded without problems.

The girl on the counter in Mallorca was absolutely unfriendly, was chewing gum while she was talking, told me that my credit card isnt working, so that i am broke and have no money. it was just a problem with my bank. she threw the credit card on the counter in front of all other people.

This Company cheats!!! Someone has demolished the rear screen wiper. This spare-part costs about 20€ in Germany. Abbycar charged me 250€. Never ever Abbycar!!!!

Hopefully they will improve on their service.one and half hours to get a car and the car I was given was dirty.
