Wir haben statt des Nissans letztlich einen koreanischen Wagen bekommen. Beim Abholen war alles etwas hektisch, deshalb ist uns das erst später aufgefallen. Ansonsten war aber alles in Ordnung.

Rundum super Erfahrung, Abholung und Rückgabe liefen total unkompliziert.

Es wird einem zwar ein bisschen was aufgeschwatzt, aber die bleiben dabei freundlich. Am Schalter waren fast nur indische Jungs.

Ganz gut, die Mitarbeitenden bieten zwar routinemäßig Versicherungen und Tankservices an, aber wenn man sagt, dass man diese schon hat oder nicht benötigt, drängen sie nicht weiter. Insgesamt alles recht unkompliziert.

We had to wait for a very long time for the pick up of the car.

Car in a good condition but all the windows and mirrors were really foggy because of the sanitizer. Had to clean the windows outside and inside to drive safe. The guy at the counter was really unfriendly. He answered all our questions very harsh. And when I asked to see the car before I sign the protocol he acted like I assumed him of fraud. Left a really bad feeling.

Horrible customer service. For one, the guy at the pick up didn't seem very motivated. He did not offer additional insurance, or rather he gave more information about it reluctantly. He seemed stressed, like he didn't really have time, and he got more stressed when I asked additional questions. For two, when I had an accident and couldn't return the car, it took 2.5 hours!!! on the phone to clarify things. Had to recall several times and each time got a different information than in the call before let alone the person didn't seem to know what was talked about in the last call. Also, the company said they would call back, which they never did. I had to find out myself bothering other people that things had to be taken care of.

Ich bin zwar etwas später angekommen, aber sie haben mir direkt einen neuen Wagen gegeben, alles super organisiert.

Auto war grundsätzlich ok, aber ohne die Erwartung zu übertreffen. Kein Navi. Ein kleiner Handzettel an der Fahrzeugausgabe mit Informationen zum Standort, zum Verlassen des Parkhauses und der Rückfahrinfo wäre hilfreich.

Plattform ist gut, Preis war ok.

Keine Wartezeit, ging alles sofort.

Avis und Budget sitzen am selben Standort, das Personal ist echt freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles gut, kann ich echt weiterempfehlen.

The service people at the pick up were rude and unfriendly since 2 women were picking up the car! To the men in front of us they were more than friendly including giving free upgrades! Vehicle had to be taken back after 6 days due to technical difficulties! Had to drive to two different cities to accomplish this! Frustrating!!
