Toll Policy & SunPass Options Since tolls are not included in your rental, you have the option to prepay for the SunPass through Flexways. If you arrive at the counter without having pre-purchased the tolls, you will be offered the following options: Unlimited SunPass: Purchase the Unlimited SunPass at the counter for a cost of $15.99 USD. Decline Unlimited Option: Decline the unlimited option. In this case, if you pass through any toll, you will be charged the value of the toll plus an administrative fee of $25 USD per toll utilized, which will be charged at the moment of Drop Off. MCO Pick Up Instructions To pick up your vehicle, you must take a free shuttle to our premises at 7652 Narcoossee Rd b. Go to ground transportation for shuttle pick up. Call us at (+1) 833-469-3946 (local office) when you get to the correct stop. Shuttle frequency: 20-45 minutes. A Side Arrivals: Please wait for the shuttle between A11-A13 and call. B Side Arrivals: Please wait between B11-B13 and call. Terminal C Arrivals: Go to stop 277 and call. Once the shuttle picks you up at the designated location, you will be transported to our facility and your vehicle.
