Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 03 8592 6377, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. 1. Make your way to Terminal 1. 2. Exit Terminal 1 and walk across the walkway , turn right to the “off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off “area. 3. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green ”Easy Parking” and Purple “Alpha” Logos. [IMPORTANT NOTES:] 1. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. 2. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. [After- Hours Pick-up] 1. Please check with the store first if you can pick up your car outside of business hours. Due to no staff being present at the store outside of business hours, self-service car pick-up is required. 2. It's compulsory to complete the Online Check-in sent by the rental company or use the link below: https://web.rentalcarmanager.com/Workflow/WorkflowAuth?workflowcode=kiosk&key=QXVBbHBoYUdyb3VwNzc0fFJDTVN1cHBvcnR8OWxPRTA5T3Y%3d 3. A credit card authorization code is needed to provide to the rental company. Failure to do so will result in the unsuccessful pick-up.
