Instructions for Sunshine Coast Shuttle Bus Service: 1. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5370 2050, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. 2. Once outside terminal, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach area. 3. Once in the Coach area, look for the Purple Bus which will be parked in Bay 5 or 6. 4. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. 5. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. After- Hours Pick-up: Due to no staff being present at the store outside of business hours, self-service car pick-up is required. 1. A credit card authorization code is needed to provide to the rental company. Failure to do so will result in the unsuccessful pick-up.
