After collecting their luggage, the customers have to follow the indications to the "Car Rental area". They will have to go to the car rental bus stop and take our shuttle bus. If the shuttle bus is not there, they can wait there until the bus arrives (every 15 minutes). Our shuttle bus will take them directly to our office located inside the airport building.

A Drive on Holidays representative is on the arrivals hall at the meeting point near Café Central and join all customers to the shuttle stop in front of airport arrivals. Our representative is always at the meeting point since 08h00 until 20h30, or later when there are bookings schedule in the evening. All late bookings with flight information are monotonized in order to be waiting for the upcoming customers. Shuttle service to rental office, this is approximately 3 minutes journey.

About 30 minutes before your pick-up time, you’ll be able to see your car details in the app — the car’s location, the license plate and a photo of the car in the car park. If you still can’t find the car, call us at +44 7818 005232. Once you’ve found the car, you can start your rental and unlock the doors in the app. Make sure you have Bluetooth turned on. During your whole rental, you can use the app to unlock/lock the doors. Internet connection is needed to download the virtual key to the app. After that, only bluetooth is necessary.
