They will meet you in the arrival hall with their logo on a white board. From the airport they will transfer you directly to their Keflavík Office, Bogatröð 1, 262 Reykjanesbær (Keflavík). There they deliver you the car and provide you with all the information you need. Their representative arrives at the arrival hall every 20-40 minutes (given that you are scheduled and have provided the correct flight information).
