I want to start by saying I was pretty annoyed at first. In Chicago I went to the Budget counter to pick up my car. On QEEQ I booked a Chrysler 300 type car. At the counter they gave me a 4Runner and said there was no other choice. I am an overseas visitor and I am not so familiar with all the car types there, so I was confused. I felt it might be a downgrade but I did not want to argue with the staff right away. Later when I checked the bill, I saw the rental price seemed higher and the fuel charge was also very high. I felt something was wrong and that I probably paid extra without really understanding why. I was really glad that I had their Dedicated customer service, so there was someone following my case. I told the support team what happened and they kept talking with the rental company for me. They also kept me updated, so I knew they were working on it. After some time the rental company sent back an extra refund. They corrected the higher rental part and the fuel charge, so the money that was overcharged came back to me. For me as an overseas traveler driving from Chicago to New York and returning the car in another city, it was very helpful that someone stayed on this problem and did not leave me alone to fight with the rental desk. I felt taken care of and not ignored. Even if I was worried in the middle, the way they followed up and fixed it made this whole experience much better for me.
