To be honest when I first saw an extra 147.56 USD on my credit card I got pretty mad. I was already tired from traveling with my kid and then I saw more money gone. I booked the car with QEEQ and at the counter in New Orleans I asked the staff if all the insurance was already included. The guy said I did not need to worry. Later at home I checked my bill and there were extra items like PAI and PEP and also a fuel charge. My mind kept running and I felt really uncomfortable. I really hate this feeling that someone adds money in a quiet way. My kid was making noise next to me and I was trying to calm him and contact their support at the same time. In my head I thought maybe they would just ignore me or send random answers. From the first reply it was the same person following my case. This person explained things in a simple way and also tried to calm me down and said they would help me get the money back. I could feel that someone was really watching my case and I did not need to fight with the rental company alone. The whole process took some time and I did push them a few times. Each time they answered with patience and told me where the problem was on the rental company side. As a parent with a kid I am afraid of this kind of problem because it eats my energy. With one person always helping me I just needed to tell the story clearly and that made me feel much lighter. In the end I accepted the fuel charge but they helped me get 111.9 USD back from the other random fees. When I saw the refund on my card I finally felt at peace. I felt that I did not lose money for nothing and during this whole thing I really felt someone was taking care of me and I was not just a person shouting alone.
